  4. Authorize approval of minutes of regular meeting on March 6, 2012.
  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Appoint member to the Planning Commission.
  7. Appoint member to Courthouse Square Preservation Commission.
  8. Discuss Local Private Legislation for Farmer’s Market.
  9. Approve grant for Farmer’s Market. (Lynn Wilkins and Rob Boyd)
  10. Authorize naming of Larry McAlexander Drive at FNC Park. (Brad Freeman)
  11. Third reading and vote of a rezoning ordinance for property located on Old Taylor Road west of the Marks Condominiums from CE, Country Estate to Planned Unit Development, PUD. (Tim Akers)
  12. Authorize amendment of Oxford University Transit FY 2012-2013 Section 5311 Grant Application. (Tim Akers)

  18. Request approval for one K9 officer to attend training in Vicksburg, MS on April 29-May 4, 2012 with a cost of $1,121.00. (Mike Martin)
  19. Request approval for two employees to attend FBINA Conference in Pearl, MS on April 11-12, 2012 at a cost of $474.00. (Mike Martin)
  20. Consider approval of City taxi driver permits for Theresa Winters and Michael White. (Mike Martin)
  21. Request approval to apply for MDOT 2012 Transportation Enhancement Urban Youth Corps Program Grant. (Al Hope)
