On Tuesday, July 18, 2019, investigators responded to the Emergency Room of Baptist Memorial Hospital for a reported sexual assault.
The victim identified the suspect as Zachary Bray (32 of Oxford, Mississippi).
On Tuesday, July 23, Bray turned himself in on the arrest warrant for sexual battery. Bray was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center and given a bond of $10,000 by a Justice Court Judge.

Can you please tell me the outcome of the arrest for Zachary Bray. I know it has been a few years ago but it is important that we get this information. He had applied as a pastoral position at our church in Theodore Al.
Some basic information about the offense should be public record, so next week, you could contact the Oxford Police Department (Oxford, Mississippi) and possibly the Lafayette County Circuit Court Clerk (in Oxford, MS) and/or Lafayette County Justice Court Clerk (in Oxford, MS), and they would be able to look in their computer systems and tell you whether the charge resulted in conviction/dismissal, etc.
It was no-true billed because the court didn’t subpoena the evidence prior to the grand jury. I’m the victim. I can answer any questions and provide full detailed reports, including his expulsion from the university because they found him guilty in our title ix trial. There was no justice serviced by our judicial system. I still suffer from severe ptsd.
I’m the victim. The case was no-true-billed due to the courts not subpoenaing evidence prior to the grand jury hearing. He was found guilty and fully expelled from Ole Miss during our title ix trial. I’ve never received any justice from our judicial system. I still suffer from severe ptsd. Happy to answer any questions and provide fully detailed reports and evidence.
