5. Authorize the approval of accounts for all city departments.
6. Consider the consent agenda:
   1. Request approval of an intern in the Municipal Court Department. (Braxton Tullos)
   2. Request approval of the retirement of an employee in the Buildings & Grounds Department. (Braxton Tullos)
   3. Request approval to employ a full-time communications officer in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)
   4. Request approval to employ four reserve officers in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)
   5. Request approval to hire two full-time records clerks in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)
