4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on November 19, 2019 and the Recess Meeting on November 25, 2019. (Ashley Atkinson)
5. Authorize the approval of accounts for all city departments.
6. Consider the consent agenda:
   1. Request permission for the General Manager and Maintenance Manager to travel to Charlotte, MI on December 9-10, 2019 for a site visit for the new buses at an estimated cost of $1,018.80. (Donna Zampella)
   2. Request permission for two OUT employees to attend a Specification Workshop on December 5, 2019 in Jackson, MS at an estimated cost of $328.00. (Donna Zampella)
   3. Request permission for the General Manager to attend a grant workshop on December 16, 2019 in Jackson, MS at an estimated cost of $328.00. (Donna Zampella)
   4. Request permission for two Deputy City Clerks to attend the 2020 CMC Spring Session on February 26- 28, 2020, in Oxford, MS, at an estimated cost of $400.00. (Ashley Atkinson)
   5. Request permission to accept the resignation of an employee in the Human Resources Department and advertise for a replacement. (Braxton Tullos)
   6. Request permission to approve a step raise for an employee in the Buildings and Grounds Department. (Braxton Tullos)
