City of Oxford, Mississippi Special Meeting Agenda – Tuesday, October 3, 2023

Special Meeting is at 4:00 pm in the City Hall Courtroom.

Notice that certain aldermen or commissioners may be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to the City of Oxford Code of Ordinances, Section 2-82.

Pursuant to Section 21-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, I, Robyn Tannehill, Mayor of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, do hereby call the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Oxford, MS, to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held on October 3, 2023 at 4:00pm, for the transaction of important business. The meeting will be held in the 2nd floor Courtroom of City Hall. The business to be acted upon at the Special Meeting is the consideration of the following:

  1. Call to order.
  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Discuss the proposed funding model for the renovation/remodel of the Oxford Enterprise Center as the future home of the Oxford Police Department.
  4. Consider an executive session.
  5. Adjourn.
