City of Oxford, Mississippi Board of Aldermen Meeting Agenda – Tuesday, September 20, 2022

Meeting is at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Courtroom.

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.

  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Mayor’s Report
  4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on September 6, 2022 and the Recess Meeting on September 14, 2022. (Ashley Atkinson)

  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Fixed Assets Management:
      1. Request permission to declare equipment surplus in the Environmental Services Department and authorize its disposal. (Amberlyn Liles)
      2. Request permission to transfer a vehicle from the Emergency Management Department to the Oxford Fire Department. (Joey Gardner)
      3. Request permission to transfer a vehicle from the Oxford Fire Department to the Oxford Animal Resource Center Department. (Joey Gardner)
