City of Oxford, Mississippi Board of Aldermen Meeting Agenda – Tuesday, November 15, 2022

Regular Meeting is Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Courtroom.

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.

  4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on November 1, 2022. (Ashley Atkinson)

  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Fixed Assets Management:
      1. Request permission to donate the L3 body cameras and docking stations (declared surplus on the 10/18/2022 meeting) to the University of MS Police Department. (Jeff McCutchen)
      2. Request permission to declare equipment surplus in the Oxford Utilities-Water & Sewer Division and authorize its disposal. (Rob Neely)

  7. Adopt a Retirement Resolution for Oxford Police Department employee, Jeffery Edge.
  8. Request permission for retired officer, Jeffery Edge, to purchase his service weapon for $1.00, as allowed per State statute. (Jeff McCutchen)

  10. Request permission to approve a Parade/Assembly permit for the North Central MS Board of Realtors to host the annual Christmas Parade on Monday, December 5, 2022 (alternate weather date of Tuesday, December 6, 2022) from 3:00pm-8:00pm. (Jeff McCutchen)
