  1. Call to order.
  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Mayor’s Report.
  4. Authorize approval of minutes of the regular meeting on January 15, 2013.
  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Annual report from Volunteer Oxford. (Kelly Graeber)
  7. Request from Apex Construction to work Monday-Friday until 9:00 p.m. for the Highland Square Development. (Ron Duggin)
  8. First reading of proposed changes to noise ordinance regarding construction work hours. (Tim Akers)
  9. First reading of proposed ordinance change establishing Entertainment Venue Bus parking. (Tim Akers)
  10. First reading of proposed ordinance change amending Section 102 Article XVII- Areas Designated as Limited Parking. (Tim Akers)
  11. Consider adoption of resolution requesting State of Mississippi legislature to enact Local Private legislation for Special Assessment Bonds.
  12. Discuss entry sign for Grove Hill. (Jeff Williams)

  17. Request permission to remove and rebuild dilapidated fence at 1300 Beanland Drive due to public health and safety. Costs will be assessed against property. (Randy Barber)
