  1. Call to order.
  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Mayor’s Report.
  4. Authorize approval of minutes of the special meeting on December 14, 2012 regular meeting on December 4, 2012.
  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Accept resignation from Christy Knapp with the Mayor’s Disabilities Committee.
  7. Third reading and vote of an ordinance amending Section 34-22 of the Landscape Ordinance extending parking lot requirements for 18 months. (Katrina Hourin)
  8. Authorize change order to OUT facility. (Tim Akers)
  9. Accept bids on Sewer Vacuum Pump. (Bart Robinson)
  10. Request permission to advertise for lighting of soccer field at FNC Park. (Bart Robinson)
  11. Request permission for a lineman to attend the TVPPA Pre-Apprentice Training in Scottsboro, AL on February 24-March 2, 2013. (Rob Neely)
  12. Request approval of Jermaine Adams, Benjamin Cunningham, Robert O’Dell and Lauren Brown as reserve officers. (Mike Martin)
  13. Consider approval of Brittany Rose for a taxi driver permit. (Mike Martin)
  14. Request approval for Jillian Sanders, Kyle Gaskin, Jhirmack Sanderand, Brandon Hughes, Tanner Mathis, and Brett Huber as interns with OPD. (Mike Martin)
  15. Accept donation to Crime Prevention Fund form Fred’s in the amount of $248.65. (Mike Martin)
  16. Authorize promotion in Oxford Police Department for Lieutenant position. (Al Hope)
  17. Authorize part time Farmer’s Market position. (Al Hope)
  18. Consider executive session.
