Meeting is Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Courtroom.

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.

  4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on August 2, 2022 and the Special Meeting on August 8, 2022. (Ashley Atkinson)

  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Fixed Assets Management:
      1. Request permission to surplus equipment in the Environmental Services Department and authorize its disposal. (Amberlyn Liles)
      2. Request permission to declare equipment surplus in the City Shop Department and authorize its disposal. (Lynwood Jones)

      4. Request permission for an officer to attend Reid Technique (Interview and Interrogation) training in Collierville, TN on August 29-September 1, 2022 at an estimated cost of $600.00. (Jeff McCutchen)

  7. Announce vacancies on the Visit Oxford Board.
