  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Recognize Dr. Collier and accept donation for shade structures at FNC Park. (Brad Freeman)

  8. Discuss interlocal with County and University for tennis complex.
  9. Discuss Green Week. (Katrina Hourin)
  10. Appeal of denial of COA to demolish a structure located at 631 Van Buren Avenue. (Tim Akers)
  11. Approval of resolution authorizing the City of Oxford to submit an application to the Mississippi Department of Transportation for a Section 5311 Rural General Public Program grant. (Tim Akers)
  12. Request permission to advertise RFQ for downtown parking management services. (Tim Akers)
  13. Announce vacancy on Courthouse Square Preservation Commission. (Tim Akers)
  14. Request permission to sign Memorandum of Agreement with Mississippi Department of Archives and History for Mississippi Community Heritage Preservation Grant Award of $62,000.00 for the Burns Church renovation. (Tim Akers)
  15. Accept bids and award contract for Burns Church. (Tim Akers)
  16. Authorize intern in the Public Works Department. (Bart Robinson)

  19. Request travel for recycling coordinator to attend the Keep Mississippi Beautiful AL-MS Conference in Jackson MS on February 9-10, 2012 with a cost of $265.00. (Randy Russell)
  20. Request travel for recycling coordinator to attend Mississippi Recycling Coalition Board Meeting on February 23, 2012 with no cost to the City. (Randy Russell)
  21. Request travel for recycling coordinator to attend Southeast Recycling Conference in Destin FL on March 11-13, 2012 with a cost of $635.00. (Randy Russell)
  22. Declare surplus and authorize advertisement of vehicles on (Bo Ragon)
  23. Request permission for three firefighters to attend the MS Fire Investigators Association spring seminar on March 21-23, 2012 in Tunica MS at a cost of $825.00. (Mike Hill)
  24. Request approval of the 2012 OFD School Training budget. (Mike Hill)
  25. Request approval for the Mayor to sign a contract for the 2012 July 4th Firework display at a cost up to $6,500.00. (Mike Hill)
  26. Request permission for one OFD and one OPD employee to attend the Emergency Services Administrative Professional Conference in Ocean Springs MS on April 26-27, 2012 at a cost of $302.00. (Mike Hill)
  27. Consider approval of taxi driver permit for Gregory Westphal. (Mike Martin)
  28. Consider approval of Lenise Donelson as an intern. (Mike Martin)
  29. Accept donation from Fred’s for Crime Prevention Fund. (Mike Martin)
  30. Authorize budgeted donation to University Museums in the amount of $3,000.00. (Lisa Carwyle)
