Request permission to adopt a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen authorizing and directing the issuance of not to exceed seven million one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($7,180,000) tax increment financing bond (Oxford Commons Project, Phase II), Series 2025 of the City of Oxford, Mississippi; prescribing the form and details of said bonds; directing the preparation, execution, and delivery of said bonds; authorizing the negotiated sale and private placement of said bonds; approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of a private placement agreement and tax pledge and security agreement in connection with the sale and issuance of said bonds; authorizing proper officers to do all things deemed necessary or advisable in connection with the sale and issuance of said bonds; and for related purposes.
