Venue Opens in New Vaporized Location

Though it’s only been open officially since April 29, The Wall at Vaporized has hit the ground running as it looks to fill a void for Oxford music venues, particularly on the west side of town. Occupying the back wall (hence the name) of the new Vaporized location on West Jackson Ave, The Wall will offer live music, film screenings, art shows, and more in the coming months. The venue also recently obtained their liquor license and will offer a rotating beer menu.

“Things have been going really well since we opened,” says venue manager Austin Wheeler, drummer of Holy Ghost Electric Show. “What we’re trying to do is cultivate an arts community that welcomes art and artists of all backgrounds so as to create an environment of safety and positivity for everyone who walks through the door, which is the ideal environment for unique experiences.”
