City of Oxford Announces Roundabout Construction Schedule at South Lamar and Belk Blvd

The City of Oxford announced Tuesday, March 13, that construction on a roundabout at South Lamar and Belk Blvd for Baptist Hospital was set to begin, “on or about March 19.”

The contract was given to Chancellor Brother’s Construction Company and has an estimated 210 days for completion. This would have the project wrapped by mid october. The city states that this will not cause any closures though drivers should expect delays and are advised to take alternative routes. You can read the full announcement embedded below.
