Oxford Park Commission Buildings to Remain Closed for After-School Activities for the Foreseeable Future

The Oxford Park Commission has announced that neither the Ulysses “Coach” Howell Activity Center or the Oxford Activity Center will be available for after-school activities.

This closure is a continuation of preventative measures by the City of Oxford to help schools get started without the possibility of spreading sickness at our facility.

OPC is asking parents who have used our facilities in the past for these activities to make different arrangements for their children.

OPC hopes to have the students and participants return soon, and resume the activities they enjoyed prior to COVID-19, according to Community Relations Director John Davis.
