Oxford, Mississippi Board of Aldermen Meeting Agenda for Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 5 pm

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.

  4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the regular meeting on June 6, 2017.
  5. Authorize the approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Request permission to advertise for an Assistant Superintendent of Buildings & Grounds. (Braxton Tullos)
    2. Request approval of a promotion in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)
    3. Request approval to accept the resignation of a Records Clerk in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)

    9. Request permission for two Municipal Court employees to attend the Mississippi DUI Forum in Jackson, MS on July 12-14, 2017 at an estimated cost of $488.58. (Donna Fisher)
