  4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on February 5, 2019.
  5. Authorize the approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Request permission to send two drivers for CDL testing for Oxford-University Transit. (Donna Zampella)
    2. Request permission for the Interim General Manager to attend Procurement Training on May 6-10, 2019 in Little Rock, AR at an estimated cost of $764.71 to be reimbursed by MDOT. (Donna Zampella)
    3. Request permission for the Court Clerk to attend the Spring Leadership Conference on March 6-8, 2019 in Vicksburg, MS at no cost to the City. (Donna Fisher)
    4. Request permission for three officers to attend Mounted Patrol Parade and Crowd Training on February 19-24, 2019 in New Orleans, LA at no cost to the City. (Jeff McCutchen)

Public Hearing and vote on a No-protest Resolution authorizing and providing for the sale of Combined Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds for the City of Oxford and authorizing the Mayor to make the final determination of principal amount, term, payment dates, and etc., in connection with the bonds.   14. Request permission to close Jefferson Ave. for two consecutive days, during the week of Spring Break, (weather permitting) for the removal of a hazardous tree at the intersection of Jefferson and North 16th Street. (Greg Pinion)

  16. Declare two vehicles surplus in the Metro Narcotics Department and authorize their transfer to two other public entities with the understanding that the vehicles will be returned to the City when they reach the end of their useful lives. (Jeff McCutchen)
