On 3/27/17 Investigators with the Oxford Police Department served an arrest warrant on David Blackburn, age 38 of Oxford, for felony malicious mischief. Blackburn is accused of having a sign removed and destroyed near the Oxford Commons that did not belong to him. The owner of the sign signed charges on Blackburn. Mr. Blackburn turned himself in and his bond was set at $1,500.00.
