  1. Call to order.
  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Mayor’s Report.
  4. Authorize approval of minutes of the regular meeting on June 4, 2013.
  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Approve budget amendments for all city departments for FY 2013. (Lisa Carwyle)
  7. Adopt Retirement Resolution for Ron Williams of the Oxford Fire Department.
  8. Announce board opening on the Oxford Tourism Council.
  9. Announce board opening on the OPC Board.
  10. Announce appointment to the HPC Board.
  11. Amendment to FNC CDBG Memorandum of Agreement.
  12. Accept donation of $500 to Keep Oxford Lafayette County Beautiful from Keep Mississippi Beautiful. (Eddie Anderson)
  13. Approve OED Fiscal Year 2014 budget. (Rob Neely)
  14. Approve FY2014 Service Agreement with OED rate consultant, Chris Mitchell Management Consultants (CMMC). (Rob Neely)
  15. Second reading and Public Hearing of an ordinance amending the Oxford Commons PUD. (Tim Akers)
  16. Authorize Butler Snow, Government Consultants and Mayo/Mallette to proceed with preparing documents for special assessment bond for Design & Construction of roads in Oxford Commons. (Tim Akers)
  17. First Reading of an ordinance amending Grand Oaks PUD II. (Tim Akers)

A seventh-generation Lafayette County, Mississippian, Newt Rayburn has been involved in the Ole Miss area for many years. Newt's alter ego—Neuter Cooter—lead the Mississippi band THE COOTERS to Rocknoll Glory across the USA from 1993-2018. Newt is proud Father of eight-year old daughter Alex.
