Acheson’s shared passion for food, community and philanthropy matched with an eager wanderlust to explore the open road and meet people from across the country made him a perfect fit for Airstream’s innovative ‘real-people’ campaign.
Tacos from the demonstration will be sold to benefit Seed Life Skills, a non-profit that Acheson started to help get kids cooking and connect science to real life problems. Attendees can pick Hugh’s brain about all slow cooker questions, purchase books and also get them personalized. At each stop attendees will have the opportunity to enter to win an All-Clad Slow Cooker, signed cookbook and Cholula Hot Sauce. A winner will be chosen from a random drawing and the prizes will be shipped to them.
