Woman Arrested in Batesville, Mississippi for Passing Fake Checks in Oxford

On Friday, April 13, 2018, officers with the Oxford Police Department took a report that Stacy Raymond passed a fake check to be cashed at a local business in the amount of $2,450.

A warrant was issued for her arrest for false pretense. On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, Raymond was arrested by the Batesville Police Department and transported back to Oxford at the Lafayette County Detention Center.

She was given a bond of $2,500 by a Justice Court Judge.
