Suspected Driver of Drive-By Shooting at Oxford, Mississippi Restaurant Arrested in Desoto County
On Sunday, November 3, 2019 at around 2 pm, officers responded to Buffalo Wild Wings for a panic alarm. Once on scene, the responding officer learned that there had been a shooting outside of the business.
The shooting suspect was apprehended that same day, but the individual driving the vehicle during the shooting was unidentified until later on in the investigation.
A warrant was issued for the driver, B. Parks, 22 of Batesville. On Tuesday, November 19, 2019, the Desoto County Sheriff’s Deptartment. took Parks into custody during a traffic stop.
Parks was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center and charged with Drive By Shooting. He was given a bond of $50,000.00 by a Justice Court Judge.
