Stream Dent May’s New Album “Across The Multiverse” Now
Dent May, who many will remember as the Jackson, Mississippi-native who founded the North Mississippi infotainment cult, Cat’s Purring, and sparked inspiration for countless bands, shared an advance stream of his new record Across The Multiverse today.
Hype Machine, who premiered the stream, said, “Across The Multiverse, his fourth full-length album, finds the Mississippi native embracing a hi-fi sound with the sheen of his new surroundings in Los Angeles. The self-produced collection, in which May plays just about every instrument, explores modern romance, existential dread, and interstellar charm.”
Local record store, End of All Music, will be the sole retailer for the cassette release of Across the Multiverse.
Across The Multiverse is out this Friday, August 18 and is available for pre-order via Carpark, iTunes, and Amazon.
