Rebel Baseball Rebounds with Sweep of Arkansas

The #14 Baseball Rebels (25-7, 6-6 SEC) are coming off a sweep of #21 Arkansas at home, in which the Ole Miss bats came alive for a total of 29 runs on the weekend. With coach Mike Bianco looking to shake up the pitching rotation, Sophomore David Parkinson earned his first-ever start on Saturday, throwing five quality innings and freeing up star reliever Wyatt Short to try his hand at starting on Sundays. Next up, Ole Miss will travel to Tuscaloosa to take on Alabama. The Tide are coming off a 2-1 losing series vs. #23 Kentucky and currently sit at 19-13, 6-6 SEC. The Local Voice Ligature
