Performers and Auction Items Announced for the 2023 Grammy Museum® Mississippi Gala Honoring Keb’ Mo’ September 28

Special event to feature performances by Keb’ Mo’ and The Spunk Monkees, plus auction items including guitars autographed by  Keb’ Mo’, Taylor Swift, Bonnie Raitt, and more

GRAMMY® Museum Mississippi will host its 2023 Gala, “Red, Rhythm, and Blues,” on Thursday, September 28 honoring five-time GRAMMY®-winning artist  Keb’ Mo’. The event will feature a special performance by the Crossroads of American Music Award  recipient, Keb’ Mo’, and local Mississippi band the Spunk Monkees. The event will also feature a live  and silent auction with items to bid on from GRAMMY®-winning artists such as Taylor Swift, Keb’  Mo’, and Bonnie Raitt

“Our 2023 Gala is shaping up to be an incredible evening of music and fundraising for our Mississippi  Museum,” said Emily Havens, Executive Director of GRAMMY Museum Mississippi. “With amazing  performances lined up by our honoree Keb’ Mo’ and the awesome Spunk Monkees, plus an incredible lineup of unique items and experiences to bid on during our live and silent auction.” 

The live auction at the 2023 Gala will feature unique and one-of-a-kind items to bid on, including:

  • Tickets to the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards® 
  • Tickets and Sideline Passes to a New Orleans Saints game 
  • Club Level Tickets to 2024 CMA Fest in Nashville 
  • A special package to Gaylord Opryland in Nashville 
  • An original painting by William Goodman 
  • And more 

Additional auction items include tickets and VIP experiences donated by artists like Lady Gaga, Tim  McGraw, Lainey Wilson, and Shania Twain. The Museum will also host a silent auction on  BiddingforGood.com. The GRAMMY Museum’s 2023 Gala, which honors Keb’ Mo’ with the fifth annual Crossroads of American Music Award is a sold-out event. It will take place on Thursday, September 28, at 6 pm at  GRAMMY Museum Mississippi and will feature a reception, dinner, and cocktails, live music, and a silent and live auction. The event’s dinner will be catered by caterer, chef, and author Elizabeth  Heiskell.
