Oxford’s Boure Launches New Menu

You may have noticed the last couple days, possibly from reading the Daily Dispatch, that Bouré has not had a soup or lunch special. This is because the local Cajun-spiced restaurant has launched a new menu that brings back some classics—such as the Shrimp and Grits, served up with a fried grit cake—as well as some new dishes, including the Double Griddle Burger and Shrimp Etouffée.
