Oxford Schools Open Monday, February 23, 2015 with Classes Starting Two Hours Later Than the Normal Time

Oxford, Mississippi (OSD)—Oxford city schools will be open Monday, February 23, 2015 with students starting classes two hours later than their normal time due to the delayed school start time.

Prekindergarten classes (Bramlett Elementary School only) are cancelled for Monday, February 23.

Parents who are working or who feel uncomfortable leaving their child at home may drop off their child at school, under the supervision of district staff. School days will end at the regular times on delayed start days. 

Students riding school buses to school will be picked up two hours later than their normal bus pick-up time. Oxford School District employees are encouraged to report to work when road conditions are considered safe to do so.

Bramlett Elementary School
Student drop off: 9 a.m.
Classes start: 9:40 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:35 p.m. 

Oxford Elementary School
Student drop off: 9 a.m.
Classes start: 9:40 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:35 p.m. 

Della Davidson Elementary School
Student drop off: 9 a.m.
Classes start: 9:40 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:35 p.m. 

Oxford Intermediate School
Student drop off: 9 a.m.
Classes start: 9:35 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:40 p.m. 

Oxford Middle School
Student drop off: 9:30 a.m.
Classes start: 10:20 a.m.
Dismissal: 3:40 p.m. 

Oxford High School
Student drop off: 9:30 a.m.
Classes start: 10:25 a.m.
Dismissal: 3:40 p.m.

Scott Center
Student drop off: 9 a.m.
Classes start: 9:30 a.m.
Dismissal: 2:30 p.m. 

Oxford Learning Center
Student drop off: 9:30 a.m.
Classes start: 10:25 a.m.
Dismissal: 3:40 p.m.
