Oxford, Mississippi Missing Person Found Deceased in Yalobusha County
On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, the Oxford Police Department took a walk-in report regarding a possible missing person, Curtis Vaughn, 32, of Oxford, Mississippi, who had not been heard from since 11 pm on Monday the 20th. Investigators were called out to assist patrol, as well.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, March 22nd, Vaughn was located in Yalobusha County deceased.
This is now an active criminal investigation. We are asking that anybody who has any knowledge or heard anything suspicious to please contact the Oxford Police Department at 662-232-2400.
