Oxford, Mississippi Man Arrested for Commercial Burglary of Don & Dale’s Barber Shop

On Friday, February 7, 2020, officers with the Oxford Police Department were called to Don & Dale’s Barber Shop for a commercial burglary.

The suspect made entry by kicking in the back door and ended up stealing cash and checks. Investigators were called to the scene and began working to gather physical evidence and video footage from nearby businesses.

They were soon able to identify vehicle the suspect drove in and got photos of the suspect. The suspect was identified as Ryan Jones (21 of Oxford, Mississippi).

A few hours later Jones was spotted by a K9 officer in which he initiated a traffic stop on him. Jones was taken into custody and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center. Jones was charged with Commercial Burglary and given a bond of $20,000 by a Justice Court Judge.
