Oxford, Mississippi Man Arrested for Child Abuse
On October 1, 2020, investigators were notified about possible child abuse from Child Protective Services.
During the investigation they found probable cause to obtain an arrest affidavit and warrant for Phillip Brand (27 of Oxford, Mississippi). Officers arrested Brand on the 14th of October in an unrelated incident.
Brand was charged with felony Child Abuse and given a bond of $50,000 by a Lafayette County Justice Court Judge.
