On Thursday, April 5, the Oxford Police Department arrested Quinterio Bailey (23 of Oxford, Mississippi) for sexual battery. On February 5, 2018, the Oxford Police Department began a sexual assault investigation. During the course of this investigation, Bailey was identified as a suspect and charges were filed on him. Bailey was given a bond of $5,000.
