Men’s Tennis Announces 2021 Schedule: Rebels to Begin New Season on January 19

The Ole Miss men’s tennis team is set to compete in 18 matches in the spring 2021 season. There will be eight home matches in Oxford and 10 away or neutral site competitions for the Rebels.

The new year starts with the Rebels at home, taking on Texas A&M in a non-conference match Jan. 19. Then, in a quick turnaround the team will travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, for preliminary action in the ITA National Indoor Team Tournament. The Rebels will then compete in three additional non-conference matches before starting SEC play in late February.

Ole Miss will begin the conference portion of the season on Feb. 21, at Arkansas. The team will open conference play with three consecutive road matches prior to taking on LSU at home on March 5.

The 2021 SEC schedule will include two conference-wide bye weeks, when make-up games will be played if needed (March 15-21 and April 12-18). The 2021 SEC Men’s Tennis Championship will occur from April 19-23 at the George M. Billingsley Tennis Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
