Low Brass Ensembles Spring Concert at Nutt Auditorium 4/11
The UM Trombone Ensemble and UM Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble will perform their Spring concert this Saturday. The Trombone Ensemble will open the concert with, among others, performances of Brahms‘ How Lovely is Thy Dwelling Place and all seven movements of Kazimmierz Serocki‘s Suite for Four Trombones.
The Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble will then take the stage with Fanfare for a Friend by John Stevens. Other selections include: Chaconne from King Arthur by Henry Percell and The Pink Panther.
The show will close with Salvation is Created by Pavel Tchesnokov performed jointly by both ensembles.
