Local Writing Group Seeks Self Published Authors for Festival Event August 10

Local writing group Oxford Writes will present “Word Perfect Selfie” as a part of the 2018 Art-er Limits Fringe Festival, taking place at The Powerhouse in Oxford, Mississippi on August 10, and featuring self-published authors of the Mid-South.

Self-published authors should register by July 31 by messaging the Oxford Writes Facebook (www.facebook.com/oxfordwrites) page with name, phone and email contact information, a list of the book or books authored, and a photograph of the book(s). 

Authors will mix and mingle with Fringe Fest participants at The Powerhouse, 413 S. 14th Street, Oxford, MS between 5:30 – 6:30 pm after a brief program. A table will be available for the sale of books by all authors. 

The Art-er Limits is a festival unlike any other. The events are proposed by the artists for the community so that each performance and exhibit offers showcases encouraging exploration and discovery.
