Lafayette County Man Arrested After Vehicle Sold for Scrap Metal

On September 18, 2023, Lafayette County Sheriff Deputies received a report regarding a stolen vehicle from County Road 425. Investigators conducted an investigation regarding the report. Investigator found the vehicle had been sold for scrap metal on August 31, 2023.

Chandler Reeves (21 Y/O, W/M of Lafayette County) was subsequently arrested on the matter and booked in at the Lafayette County Detention Center.

Chandler later received a bond of 10,000 dollars from a Lafayette County Justice Court Judge
