First Annual Plant & Seed Swap – April 4 at Oxford Community Garden Association

The Oxford Community Garden Association (OCGA) is having its first annual Plant Swap and our first annual Seed Swap!  The OCGA will hold this event on April 4th, 11:00 AM at the Garden.  The plant and seed swap will take place at the Oxford Community Garden on the corner of Bramlett and University (across from the newly rebuilt McDonald’s).  You can park in the lot next to the pavilion (former Armory) or at the Skate Park located behind the Garden (across from the Oxford Public Library).  If you would like to participate you can bring your ready to plant, plant (or seeds suitable for planting this year) to the garden to exchange. You may bring as many ‘ready to plant, plants’ or seed packets as you would like.  If you have facts to share about your plant, that would be helpful as well.  This time of year we all have plants that have outgrown their space or we want to try something new.  We also encourage and welcome the community to come by and visit the garden and we would be happy to see you.  Please join us and you are welcome to look around as well.  Inquiries about plots and availability are welcome too.

If you would like more information:  oxfordcga@gmail.com   See you there April 4th 11:00 AM.  We welcome the Lafayette County Master Gardeners and the Oxford Garden Club as well as anyone interested in ‘growing things’ too. The Local Voice Ligature
