Shelby Rayburn Shelby Rayburn is an Associate Editor and photographer at The Local Voice in Oxford, Mississippi, a 16 year veteran live sound engineer, and a Mississippi Master Gardener. He is a seventh generation Lafayette County native. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Mississippi and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State.
