2. Fill out the form
Select “New Registration” or “Change of Information” and fill in the circles if you’re a US citizen and will be 18 years old by Election Day, Nov 8
Provide your name
Provide your address
3. Send the form
Your completed form must be postmarked by October 8, 2016 and mailed to your county election office.
