City of Oxford, Mississippi Board of Aldermen Meeting Agenda – Tuesday, April 7, 2020

Meeting is on April 7, 2020 5:00 pm in the City Hall Courtroom.

  4. Authorize the approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting on March 17, 2020, the Special Meeting on March 18, 2020, the Special Meeting on March 22, 2020, the Special Meeting on March 25, 2020 and the Special Meeting on April 2, 2020. (Ashley Atkinson)
  5. Authorize the approval of accounts for all city departments. (Ashley Atkinson)
  6. Consider the consent agenda:
    1. Request approval of water and/or sewer adjustments in accordance with the Oxford Utilities Leak Adjustment Policy. (Rob Neely)
    2. Request permission to accept the resignation of an employee in the Environmental Services Department. (Braxton Tullos)

  9. Request permission to re-allocate $14,600.00 (20% local match funds) from the 5311 Grant Budget to the Facility Renovation Budget to cover Change Order #2 and additional Architects & Engineering fees. (Donna Zampella)
  10. Request permission to accept and approve Change Order #1 for the Oxford-Transit Management Facilities Renovation Project. (Donna Zampella)

  20. Consider Task Order #3 with Waggoner Engineering for assistance with BUILD Grant Application. (Bart Robinson)
