  15. First reading of a proposed Ordinance for Case #2585, to rezone approximately +/- 3 acres from Neighborhood Residential (NR) to Traditional Neighborhood Business (TNB) for property located at 281 Hwy 7 South, being further described as PPINs 10329 and 10330. (Ben Requet)
