An “Unknown Number of Weapons” Burglarized from Pawn Shop in Oxford, Mississippi

On Sunday, February 17, 2019, at around 8:00 am, officers with the Oxford Police Department were called to Oxford Pawn Shop off of North Lamar in Oxford, Mississippi for an alarm call.

It was discovered that Oxford Pawn Shop had been burglarized of “an unknown number of weapons.”

Detectives with OPD and Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives were called to the scene to investigate. This is an ongoing investigation and this is all the information OPD is releasing at this time.
