Rebecca McEwen (58 years old of Oxford, Mississippi)
On August 9, 2025, Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic violence incident.
The victim reported being stabbed in the neck with a knife and received medical treatment at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.
During the investigation, Investigators identified Rebecca McEwen (58 years old of Oxford, Mississippi) as the suspect. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Rebecca McEwen for Aggravated Domestic Violence.
McEwen was located and arrested on August 9, 2025 and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center. McEwen later appeared before a Justice Court Judge and issued a $10,000.00 bond.
McEwen is currently being held at the Lafayette County Detention Center.
