Waterford, Mississippi Couple Charged with Child Endangerment After Three Juveniles Testing Positive for Methamphetamine

On July 18, 2025, investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department received a report from Child Protective Service regarding three juveniles testing positive for methamphetamine.

An investigation was conducted due to the CPS report.

As a result of the investigation, Kenneth Means, 35 years old, and Angela Rogers, 26 years of Waterford, Mississippi, were arrested and charged with one count each of Child Endangerment on August 4, 2025.

Kenneth and Angela appeared before a Justice Court Judge, and were issued bond amounts of $20,000.00 each. Due to the sensitive nature of the case, no further information is available at this time.
