On December 2, 2020, at approximately 2:00 pm, the Oxford Police Department arrested Amy Rogers (23 of Grenada, Mississippi) on Culpable Negligence Manslaughter as a result of the investigation beginning on November 17 at Mother Goose Daycare, 415 Galleria Drive, Oxford.
Rogers bond was set at $50,000 by a Lafayette County Justice Court judge.
