City of Oxford, Mississippi Board of Aldermen Recess Meeting Agenda – Monday, January 23, 2023

Second reading, public hearing, and potential vote on a proposed Ordinance to allow appointed members of the Oxford Municipal School District Board of Trustees to reside anywhere within the Oxford Municipal School District Territory.

Consider a statement regarding meetings for Project LEAD and Mayor’s Continuing Employee Education Initiative. (Bart Robinson)
Update and discuss the roll-out of new refuse carts. (Amberlyn Liles)

Discuss a proposed assessment for Computerized Crime Prevention Measures. (Shane Fortner)
Discuss proposed Local & Private Legislation for a Circuit Court assessment to be used for construction, operation, furnishing, technology, maintenance and related needs for a new building. (Shane Fortner)
Presentation of the Emergency Management Strategic Plan. (Shane Fortner)
Consider Change Order #2 for the South 18th Extended Basketball Court Project. (Mark Levy)
Review the Schematic Design (SD) for the new Oxford Police Station and updated cost estimates. (Mark Levy)
Consider clarification for design fees from McCarty Architects for the Oxford Conference Center Renovation Project. (Mark Levy)
Consider a proposal from Howorth Architects for the design of a pavilion at Woodlawn-Davis Park. (Mark Levy)
Consider an executive session.
