  1. Call to order.
  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
  3. Mayor’s Report.
  4. Authorize approval of minutes of the special meeting on November 30, 2012 regular meeting on November 20, 2012.
  5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
  6. Accept resignation of Rex Deloach and appoint Bob Dowdy to Oxford Reserve and Trust Committee.
  7. Third reading and vote of an ordinance permitting the Mayor to temporarily detour traffic on public streets. (Tim Akers)
  8. Second reading and public hearing of an ordinance amending Section 34-22 of the Landscape Ordinance extending parking lot requirements for 18 months. (Katrina Hourin)
  9. Accept donation from the Oxford-Lafayette County Heritage Foundation for Burns Church renovation. (Jim Pryor)
  10. Amend Planning Department budget. (Tim Akers)
  11. Award construction contract for Phase II of the Burns Church Renovation project. (Jim Pryor)
  12. Approve closing of Belk property pending environmental study and approval of counsel. (Pope Mallette)

  24. Authorize destruction of hard drive for old Human Resource copier. (Al Hope)

A seventh-generation Lafayette County, Mississippian, Newt Rayburn has been involved in the Ole Miss area for many years. Newt's alter ego—Neuter Cooter—lead the Mississippi band THE COOTERS to Rocknoll Glory across the USA from 1993-2018. Newt is proud Father of eight-year old daughter Alex.
