Abbeville, Mississippi Man Arrested for Commercial Burglary

On Wednesday, April 29, 2020, Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested Clarence Sanders, 54 years old of Abbeville, Mississippi for two counts of Commercial Burglary.

Deputies responded to the area of County Road 117 to take a report two County vehicles being broken into. After an investigation was conducted, Investigators arrested Sanders, and was able to return the stolen property.

Deputies transported Sanders to the Lafayette County Detention Center and is being held on a $10,000.00 bond.
