The 4th annual City-Wide Yard Sale, sponsored by Mulberry Lane Resale Shoppe, is set for Saturday, October 18, from 7 am to 1 pm.
With dozens of yard sales all over Water Valley, plus 3 Flea Markets, and 6 business sidewalk sales, it’s going to be quite the day!

In its first three years, the event has been a huge success, with dozens of participating locations attracting a large crowd of local and, many more out-of-town shoppers.
“The City-Wide Yard Sale brings our community together in a special way. It’s not just about finding great deals—it’s about neighbors connecting and showcasing the vibrant spirit of Water Valley,” said Dillard. “We’re excited to see so many participants this year and look forward to making this the best year yet.”
