On April 19, 2025, the Oxford Police Department responded to a credit card theft and fraud call at a hotel on Heritage Drive. After investigation, Dylan Gillespie, 23, and Debra Gillespie, 51, of Oxford, Mississippi, were arrested and charged with one count of Credit Card Fraud.
Both Dylan Gillespie and Debra Gillespie were taken before a Municipal Court Judge for their initial bond hearings.
