The Oxford School District is delighted to announce that Keri Jo Sapp, principal of Oxford Early Childhood Center, has been selected as the district’s 2025–2026 Administrator of the Year.
Mrs. Sapp began her career in the Oxford School District in 2003. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, interventionist, assistant principal, and principal. She stepped into her first principal role in 2017 at Bramlett Elementary School and has led Oxford Early Childhood Center as principal since it opened in 2022.
Her nomination included praise from colleagues, including one who shared, “Mrs. Sapp is a phenomenal principal! With both staff and parents, she is an attentive listener, very intentional and makes staff feel respected and valued. She makes me want to be a better employee and a better person! It’s a joy to come to work!”
As the district’s honoree, Mrs. Sapp will move forward to compete with other school administrators from across the state for the Mississippi Administrator of the Year title.
Join us in congratulating Mrs. Sapp on this outstanding recognition. The Oxford School District is thankful for her leadership and all she does for Oxford Early Childhood Center.
